I would update the info on your avatar card.
It says you havr an iPhone 4 on iOS 5.0.1.
Since you have P0sixspwn installed, you can't be on iOS 5.0.1.
But to answer your question:
P0sixspwn can not be unintsalled.
Not manually (I mean technically you can, but it will cause problems, trust me, I tried)
Not via Cydia
You have 2 choices tp get rid of it.
1) Restore your device. Now if you are on a device newer then the iPhone 4 you can restore back to iOS 6 if you have iOS 6 SHSH blobs. If you have a 4S or newer then you will be forced to update to 7.0.4 if you restore.
2) If you have a device like iPhone 4S or newer, alternatively you could use Semi-Restore to restore back to iOS 6, but I have no idea if it will remove P0sixspwn since its suppose to keep the jailbreak, so I don't know if that would remove the untether.
Earlier versions of P0sixspwn has caused problems for me (generally speaking) as the tethered jailbreak always gets really stable rite before the first version of the untether comes out, and it's "always" a buggy untether, so I always keep the tethered jailbreak until the untether gets a couple more updates.
I failed to do that with P0sixspwn, but after installing P0sixspwn 1.0.7 my phone operates much smoother now.
Sorry I wasn't more help.
