Jailbreak 4.0 on 3GS with 05.13.04?
Is it possible to jailbreak OS 4.0 GM on an iPhone 3GS with baseband 05.13.04?
I've read conflicting accounts. I'd like to sell my iPhone 3GS unlocked or at least Jailbroken to pay for the new iPhone 4.0 being released this Thursday. Long story but AT&T screwed up my contract renewal and I'm not eligible until March of 2011 and as a developer I need a running 4.0 device for my applications. Thanks!

when iOS 4 is officially release (less than 24 hours) then MuscleNerd and the Dev team will release their jailbreak and unlock for iOS 4 and the 05.13.04 baseband.

thank you thank you because i have a brand new 3GS with 4.0 and 05.13.07 and on top of that im not that good with this jailbreak/unlock stuff lol.. i have t-mobile at the moment so im hoping i can finally use the new phone!!

I'm very excited about iOS4, but I am hesitant to update just yet. From what I've read, the new OS has some cool features, but nothing to write home about. Just something new to play with.

how is it that the ultrasn0w 0.93 is out to unlock it but there is no jailbreak so you can download it?

it should be released in a couple of days. just be patient it will be out when they are done. someone found a new way to crash the 3gs so hehehehe it shouldnt be to long.

I read that Sherif Hashim crashed the 3GS already. So I'm with you, I'm assuming a JB will be coming shortly. Who already updated to iOS4 and is just waiting for the JB? Thought about it, but don't want to get shafted down the road.

i upgraded to ios4 via itunes on my 3gs. multitasking is pretty good. and camera seems faster. i'm not waiting for the jailbreak.

I will likely update to iOS 4 before the jailbreak release. My phone is factory unlocked and works with any sim without jailbreak anyway. Hopefully they will have the 3GS version published soonest because the SBS is majorly convenient.

Well hopefully it is sooner rather than later. I don't mind waiting for awhile knowing I'll get a good JB. Just curious to find out what the new OS has to offer.

i have same prob wht u have 2 do is that downgrade to 3.1.3 when it shows error then start recboot then enter recovery mode & then exit recovery mode so your 3.1.3 is on then u have 2 purchase spirit unlock card then it unlock the phone then use spirit
