hey call att and let them block internet usage on you account/sim. Just tell them that u lost ur phone and that incase someone finds it u dont want them to use ur internet. When that is done, just pop in the sim, calling and txting should be fine. Also turn of 3g in settings just to be on a safe path. If u want internet use wifi. I have been using my iphone without a data plan for a year now. So u should be good to go.
