how come when i try to add a new source in cydia it gives me all sorts of error messages and then finally it will stop in the MIDDLE of trying to add and NEVER shows up! "posix=connection failed"?

There is one good Sources that gets you all the NES games its APT.123locker.com but you need to download NES 3 Cracked from sinfuliphone repo then from APT.123locker you'll need to download NES ROMs Package1. this is great if you like old school games

hope someone can help me on this?
i got a iphone 3g on 4.0 jailbroken with pwnage with a mac, i added ******** as a sources to get app sync 4.0 then i relised i can't connect to youtube, so i needed to add a other sources to fix that (push fix), but when i try to add, it started freeze at the downloading package and nothing, so i try differen sources, same thing so i rejailbreak with redsn0w with windows and now i can't add any sources not even sinful, ******** or other sources!!!
got any ideas?
would be very gratefully!

my cydia dosnt like adding sources,
podulo isnt recognised, im not sure if this has anything to do with all the boxes that come up saying stuff about install0us not working??
out of all of the above mentioned sources the only ones that have added are sinful, bitemyapple and ********. any ideas??

My personal favorite and only one I use is Sinful's. Thats the only one you could ever need. If Sinful doesn't have it, it is not needed on my phone. Thanks Sinful.
