Old apptrakr apps not working under lime/poison

Hi all,
I ve had the following problem with both Limera1n and Green Poison.
I jailbreak the Iphone 4 no problem.
Cydia Loads and updates.

Then the phone has a huge battery drain.
I sync/recharge the phone and no more battery problem.

But I can't seem to load any of the apps I got from apptrakr
that I had working on my 3gs.
The phone acts like it hasn't been jailbroken, even tho cydia is on it,
and the lime/Poison both tell me its JB.

Yes I have tried reset and rejailbreak. Same result.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Running Window 7
Iphone 4 with Ver 4.1 (8B117)
Model M608LL
Modem Firmware 02.10.04

Download Installous from the Hackulous repo, it includes appsync which is needed to sync cracked apps to and from itunes.
