There's a Winterboard theme I keep seeing in screenshots and I think I might want to get it -- it's replaces the device's switches from "On- Off" to "| - O"

What's this theme called and is it compatible with the iPhone 4 on iOS 4.0.1?

It's not the theme, but the phone, when in a non-English language, it gives the signs "I - O" as "On - Off" are English words not in other language, capish?
