You have to follow the instructions in my post... Try SSH. That COMMCENTER enables MMS

This should work fine on a regular iOS 3.1.3 also, not anything other than 3.1.3 though. Sorry

---------- EDIT ----------

You could try it but I am pretty sure you will get a boot loop of death.

Sorry man, go install iFile on your phone from the SiNful repo or read some guides here on how to use SSH. You just need to copy and paste that new CommCenter, make sure the name is spelt right and the permissions are right. Then reboot.

Nope, just put that commcenter file on your phone... I like to do that via USB

then move it and paste over the old commcenter on your phone in iFile, go to the directory I posted.
Then with iFile set the ownership to root: wheel
Permissions:
r/w/x
r/x
r/x

i've read that having mms on a 2g drains the battery really fast and the pics take forever to send. does this apply for your method of getting mms on 2g?

I believe that MMS does drain the battery faster, having Push Doctor installed if you hacktivated helps though. I actually don't use MMS since I have AT&T, but I made this to help other Whited00r users
