Has anyone else been experiencing low RAM in the 3GS after iOS 5 update?

No i haven't experienced low ram in my 3gs. Infact, i'm loving my 3gs even more after the 5.0 update because now its much more snappier than it was on 4.1. The interface is much more smooth now. Apps take less time to open.

Just waiting for an un-jailbreak.

The problem is the multitask. Double press hold button and close all the apps.

For the love of god there is a thread for this

Ok back on topic, do not install too many tweaks and install killbackgrounder (it will help save ram with an easy gesture in activator)
If I have helped please press the little thanks button in the right hand corner

142-168 but dunno me why, never saw any1 from around me to have a phone tweaked like me, even jailbroken, of course multitasking is disabled, some uneeded functions too (like some kind of error reporting/debuging and specific pear shit I really don't need to boot an so on). Need to watch my ram for laggy newer games to be able to test them.

no its better and if you have quite a number of tweaks installed delete the not so important ones as the tweaks use a lot of ram

Are there any multi tasking apps from cydia that are lighter than the native multi tasking. I hate the native multitasking but i am afraid a new one might slow my phone down too much.

lol the number of tweaks shouldn't matter that much cause tweaks use mobilesubstrate so regardless of the number it will eat up ram...and for ram saving multicleaner is the best option so far (hold home button to quit app)
