thanks a lot, I just followed instructions and got my 3gs restored with custom firmware 4.3.3 it worked, not sure about the unlock part, installed the ultrasn0w, but need to put t-mobile sim to verify.

im afraid that my iphone will be bricked during downgrade. is there any possibilities that my iphone will be bricked?

its worked for me..its been quite some time i tried to downgrade but this tutorial is great.. but u missed on step i guess.. u shud add the saurik server ip address after deleting all below the 127.0.0.1 localhost... just trying to help..
