well that is not running the ipa. computers does not have arm so it wont be able to run the application.

No the iPhone Simulator interprets ARM assembly into x86 that's why it's called a "simulator". I think I've a semi-dumped memory stack somewhere if any hacker needs it to hack the simulator PM me.

According to your statement and way of seeing things iam also unabke to play Amiga 500 games (old commodore system from the 90's) on my Pc due to the fact that i aint got the Motorola 68000 cpu on my pc ?

They are made to emulate a diffrent sytem and diffrent hardware and Os.
