You need to jailbreak by gaining root access of your phone, this video should show you how to do that Root Access Codes, then when you get in. You'll need to run sudo then the Redsn0w Jailbreak utility by typing the code "sudo" then "redsn0w -iOS 5.xD -D=5.01" finally "location -set C:\program files\itunes"

The rest of the jailbreaking process happens on your phone, Enjoy!
