iPod Touch 3G iOS 5.0.1 Battery Problems

iOS sucks to the core,,,battery usage is so much fast...i also removed many launch daemons...than also battery is draining at faster rate...at night at 1am it was 50% battery and in morning 8am it was just 14% WTF is with iOS 5.0.1 please help me to solve this problem

First post what Cydia tweaks you have installed.
Then we can go on from there

BTW Winterboard is a real battery drainer....just recently realised stock iOS isn't that bad at all!

a number of things can keep up battery drain. if you have a program that keeps pinging the wifi or does not let the system sleep because it is maintaining its own alarm, these will drain the battery heavily.

I wen't through the winterboard stage as well until I realized I love the stock iOS look and it is really nice

As for your drain and it could be a tweak you have so post what tweaks you have installed
Also the iPod touch battery percentage is not a native feature

I have noticed battery drain speeds up after going below 80% on the ipod

i restored my touch to 4.3.3 removed demons and now its good...
