Cant Restore Need Help!!!

Ok...Ill try and be as detailed as possible. I picked up a used iphone 4 32GB GSM last week. It is on 5.1. I have the blobs saved and have even made custom IPSW with it. I had jailbroken(Tethered )and have had no problems all week. Today I went to uninstall something in cydia which required a reboot. Not a problem. Turned off the phone and preformed a just boot from Redsn0w 9.11b4(Newest i believe)

The phone only went to the pineapple and got stuck there. I tried the process a few more times before giving up and deciding to do a fresh restore. Every time I tried to restore I would get some kind of error 1600 3194 21 20 1 etc... Tried a fresh clean ipsw, custom with stiched blobs and getting some kind of error. Tried edits the hosts and checking tiny umbrella and making sure everything was correct, as seen on many "Fix" threads.

So here I am. The phone can either be in dfu mode, recovery (apple log and plug) but no matter what I do, nothing works. Reinstalled iTunes, restored computer to a previous point. Everything I could think of or even read. Im afraid the phone is beyond repair and possibly bricked. The only other weird thing that happens, I just tried it now, is I tried to jailbreak, installed cydia, and then tether booted without restoring as I am not able to. It gets past the pineapple this time and the phone makes that connection noise and the window on my pc opens up to show the dcim storage on the phone and there is a spinning circle on the phone. It makes a connection ding but does not change. I am hoping someone can help me out and save this phone and hope its not gone too far.

FYI I am using H2O wireless. The phone is not unlocked, although I do have a Gevey sim if need be but as H2O uses ATT towers I havent needed it.

Thanks again

I'd use redsn0w and put it pwned dfu, then restore it. That always gets me through with no errors. I restore once a month for that fresh feeling

Looks like I "may" have fixed it. I tried that a million times, thank you for the advice though. Seeing as I was tethered anyway I upgraded to 5.1.1 and restored that way. I dont know why that worked an everyother time threw errors but it did. I can always go down to 5.1 but I think its irrelavent now anyways. Thanks again.

If you get stuck at error 1 (which you probably will) just use "Recovery Fix" in redsn0w
If I have helped please press the little thanks button in the right hand corner

Thanks was trying regular DFU mode for 1 hour and did the redsn0w method worked first time.

Can some one explain the difference? Why regular DFU with out using redsn0w does not work sometimes?

Pwned DFU allows your device to except custom firmware as it first expliots the bootrom!
Normal DFU just allows apples normal firmwares as it is designed that way

Thanks coldayr.

I was trying to use a non custom firmware with tiny umbrella, but i guess the pwned state made the difference.
