Story of all women..

If you use Siri's chat-bot, you need to dismiss it before siri can go back to normal functionality.

Try checking your location services, troubleshoot any location spoofing tweak (incase you have one)..

Yeah, Siri is BS. It works in about 30% of the time in my case. It errors out too often saying try again in a little while (in the city!), or cannot understand who to call or what text to send. I rarely use it find something or answer a question.
It's just useless for me too.

You need to learn to use some punctuation! All I got out of that was that Siri doesn't work. I guess that was the point but damn. If you are using a Google API server, make sure Siri is set to US English. Make sure you speak clearly and ask the right questions. Saying "I'm leaving now, is it sunny?" probably wont work. "What's the forecast?" will work. Make sure your location services are on. If Siri says, "sorry but I can't take any requests right now", that means the server isn't working. If Siri says, "I can't understand....", that means you gave it the wrong command.
Hit the THANKS button if I have helped you!
