FTP into an ipad3 from an iPhone?

Are there any iphone app that works like "iexplorer for pc"? I wanted to be able to upload documents and media files from my JB 4S 5.0.1 to my NON JB 5.1 ipad3. Its a little irritating having to constantly transferring files from iPhone to pc then pc to iPad. Thank you for at least reading! =)
P.s. I did try to search, google and read thru the forum but I can't seem to find anything...

Not that I have ever heard of but you could always use an app like Dropbox transfer your 4s stuff to the cloud and download it to your ipad3.

Thx for suggestion. But the main thing is that I m tired of my ancient PC and It takes forever to boot. I just want to accomplish the task without having to turn my pc on.

I just did a test run on the Dropbox. It doesn't have the ability to download the file so I that I can view it when I have no reception which is very necessary for me.
