ipad car mount suggestion needed

I have a 2001 Honda Accord Ex (if that matters) and I would like to try my ipad for navigation. I have eveything done except for the car mount , but I really have no experience in car mounts, fortunately i have narrowed my selection to the following( one from tinydeal and one from amazon ) with the help of my friend but I want to get you guys feedbacks first and Are there any car kits that would work with my situation?

thanx in advance !

It is really tough to mount the iPad in a car. I have tried a window mount and a vent one. The suction cup window mount can fall off and it vibrates a lot, not to mention the iPad is positioned up so high that it sticks out like a sore thumb to other drivers. The vent one also vibrates/shakes also. I mean they both will work but don't expect too much from them.

I ended up buying a griffin iPad wall mount and modified it to work with my dash/console so I can put it on and off as need be. I also bought a dock cable with line out audio out (3.5mm jack) and a USB charging cable to control the audio through the radio and charge it at the same time with one wire.

I don't know about the one you have. The griffin wall mount I bought was $16 here:http://www.ebay.com/itm/170744968552...#ht_1796wt_689 I looked online at 2001 accord dashes to get an idea of what your dash looks like.

Do you have an aftermarket radio kit with the extra storage slot underneath? ...I remember a mount that worked with those. Maybe this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/300655740682...#ht_2326wt_922
