Sync with itunes but not delete cydia apps?
Because itunes is possibly the worst software i have ever used; how do u sync your phone with fuktunes without it deleting cydia apps.
Can u backup without syncing?
Itunes can suck my sandpaper nuts.

Impossible!!
Itunes is using a whole diffrent type of files.
Exammple
Itunes handles ipa's and cydia can handle only the debian package format.
Itunes cant delete cydia apps unless they were installed as ipa.
Wrong section.

If iTunes can delete your Cydia apps then it can also delete your stock apps (Phone, Message, etc.) so in short:
it's not possible and it's never happened and never will.

U guys are right; it was the installous apps which were deleted. Installous apps are indeed ipa files.
But it took this post to conclude that.
Thanx
