I just got it to work, I'm not sure if i had to download metadata removr or not, but i did.
On your ipod/iphone, go to the appstore and download any small free app and delete it if you want. On your computer, open itunes and (your choice of a free app or song) I downloaded Paralyzed by As I Lay Dying cuz it was free (and they're AMAZING), but you can download whatever you want (again, delete it if you want). After that, plug your idevice in and on the side, right click on your device and click "reset warnings". Now if you sync it should be working fine.

I have the same problems as you so I need you to try out 2 solutions, sorry I can't right now bec my iPhone won't connect to my pc, anyway

1-this is a very boring solution you'll have to apptrackr.org and download any game you want by clicking it and scroll down you'll find that it's similar to installous after you download a game or app it should go right away to apps in iTunes and you'll be able to sync it...

2-try downloading an older version of iTunes, not very old so it won't tell you: (this iTunes was updated by a newer version). So try downloading iTunes not too old please reply

Reinstall appsync will sort all these issues.

Secondly, log out and log in back in iTunes and authorize your account.
