Ipad 2 Wifi Won't update to 5.1.1

Hey guys,
I'm trying to update my ipad 2 "wifi" to 5.1.1 but it is giving me a mixture of codes (3194,21) i tried updating right from the ipad but says it won't let me.. any ideas so maybe i can get this going with the newest jailbreak.

previous info already jailbroke on 5.0.1/have tried to download and use a downloaded version of 5.1.1 but still not luck...

check ur tinyumberella and uncheck "set host to cydia"

you cannot update right from the ipad if you are current iOS is jailbroken

once you jb an idevice you can no longer update otw.
