WTF i know this is an old thread but my ip4 just started giving me the same stats for usage and stand by
I have restored and set up as new phone and not yet jailbroken WTF
my battery also drains 20% in 8 hrs overnight in stand by WTF I have restored like 5 times this week to try and fix it?????
I even changed the battery with no luck WTF is going on?????  help me please

i have the same problem on my 4. not sure what caused it but ive restored a couple times fresh and clean and it still manages to come back. its giving me the shits i hate not being able to see how much i have actually used it compared to standby because its hard to know how long the battery really lasted. some days im heavy on the ussage others not so much. its nice to be able to say "used alot today and shitt it lasted xx hours. any other fixes for this other than fresh restore? (ive re-downloaded the ipsw just incase mine was somehow broken.
anything else?

Yeah i think this is an ios bug. What ios are you guys running? Im on ios 5.0.1 and am getting the same usage and standby times. But anyways with all unapplicable/unneccesary launchdaemons removed i am getting like 24 hours of standby time and 6 hours of usage on one cycle of charging. And cmeacham98 probably got those high stats for battery life cause he charged his phone partial which im pretty sure makes the phone not reset the statistics.

To fix the usage and standby time do this, its a bug in some devices and its normal to have...
Here is the fix...
Turn off Wifi
Turn on 3G and Cellular data
Turn on Roaming
Then leave the device for 5 mins...in sleep mode
Turn off 3G and data and roaming..
Turn on Wifi
Your device should show correct results as expected.

hmm...
I wonder why it didnt, I would suggest to reset network settings, and then test.
I havent run into this problem and havent tried it on my factory unlocked 4s.
The iPhone 4 that was NOT factory unlocked but used ultrasn0w to unlock I used the above method and fixed the usage issue, maybe it was a bug in commcenter, or how ultrasn0w worked that caused this for me.
So the above fix, fixed the issue.
Thats why I was advised what worked for me....
Hope you find a fix, please share could help other users here too....

Still no fix for mine yet I noticed now that when I switch my phone off it turns itself straight back on unless it is plugged into power 
Phones apple store and they said bring it in for changeover (yay ) I didn't know they had 2yr warranty I thought it was only 1 yr

Yeah that issue shouldnt apply to me. Im using the SAM unlock which is basically like a "semi" factory unlock cause its from apple and all.
