Acid Siri 5.1.1(2) Went Wrong

Just installed Acid Siri 5.1.1(2) on my iOS 5.1.1. All went perfect. Siri worked flawlessly...for 5 hours.

Appstore froze when loading. Same thing happened to email and facebook app. Whenever I tried to tap to open an email, it froze. Facebook took a thousand years to load and then froze too.

Removing Acid Siri and all back to normal. Please kindly help...

Strange. I assume you are using IP4, did you install acid siri from the main repo? Try using this deb from here SiNfuL iPhone. Sorry if this doesn't work, i'm just trying to help as possible.

Thanks for your help.

I tried the Rainstone and experienced the same fate eventhough Siri hasn't been "activated". Mail hang and froze. I guees it has something to do with the ip4 memory. Maybe.

I have installed mine from the main repo and it seems excellent rather than what most are experiencing.

Sorry it did happen to me just now, i tried siri on my ip4 with Acid Siri 5.1.1(2) installed and found out that it doesn't responding at all. My first thing i did was re-install it, now it's working fine ( i used acid siri from the main repo). is this the repo that you used? cydia.bassamkassem.com, maybe memory issue, try freeing some space or deleting some apps or tweaks.

You got the exact same thing that happened to me. All of a sudden Acid just stopped working. Pressing on the mic didn't do anything right? At least when you reinstalled it worked again. I couldn't get it to work no matter what I tried and my last attempt of uninstalling it actually froze my phone, so I had to restore

yeah i did press the mic and not responding, i respring and reboot twice trying to solve the issue but no luck, then thought of re-install it again and it goes well with first try. I think something wrong with acid siri that we really don't know yet and soon we will finds out what it is.

I was able to uninstall and reinstall twice I think but for some reason the last uninstall bricked it

is your siri working now? my only problem now is facebook apps, it crash and i just open in safemode. I think we need to email bassam about this problem so he can make another update.

Wait what do you mean crashes FB apps? Mine doesn't crash facebook or any app.

I wasn't able to download it off the repo so I grabbed it off here. Re-installed everything and it seems to be working again. Now I'm just wondering what I could've installed to break it. I'm pretty sure I didn't add anything prior to it stop working. Anyways... got it running again ... hope it lasts.

As for your FB crashing, I used to have issues with FB crashing even before all this Siri stuff came out. I think the app just has some bugs still.

Good for you man! Happened to me once. Decided to never install the last package before the issue and i was fine.

I have this never ending loop then crashed. I wonder what causing this, maybe some tweak that i have installed recently, gonna check it out then report back.

Happened to me too however with skyrain and surprisingly it was crashing an online move app. After removing skyrain the app runs a little better however crashes most of the time. It seems all the siri port have some issues with Ip4.

sorry guys my bad, after spending some time by turning "on" and "off" all of my tweaks from "mobile subtrate addons" in Sbesettings and found nothing that causing the problem, i Finally decided to remove FB and re-install it again, damn! the culprit is the FB itself, now it's working without crashing.

Is your apps working now? I think there is no problem with acid siri, try to remove them and re-install again or sync with itunes. My only problem is FB, this option solved my problem but mail app i think there is no option to remove it then re-install again.

The Ac!D Siri is the only one that you uninstall and do NOT brick, your iphone bricked because of ra1nstone siri (or spite).
And about your freezing apps, I don't know what that is... For me it's working fine :/
