How to contribute to this site. - - A Must Read for all users

Q: I've been a member of this site for a long time and have never really participated other than reading so how can I contribute more?

A: Some options you can do to participate.
1: Try out the tweaks or mods people make and report back your findings for other users.
2: Try out a theme and report back any issues in a more contructive way.
3: Give your opinion on peoples posts when they have issues - as a reader you will read and can advise if you see first.
4: Upload games, movies, books, audiobooks.
5: Report posts, duplications, SPAMMERs or things that go against the effective running of the site.
6: Ask if you can help in anyway in any projects.
7: Start discussions on relevant topics that affect other members (like this thread)
8: Follow the Bookreader method - Find a section of the site that is underdeveloped, in need of expansion and own it. This may lead to a Green Mod Status as we look for people to Mod specific sections of the site and if and when you're ready you get bumped up to a Blue.
9: Thank people for their useful posts, information or even funny off topic threads.
10: Create tweaks, themes and apps and upload them here.
11: Find informative idevice news and post it here.
12. If you see a new, free tweak on Cydia, search if its posted here. If not, download it and extract it from your phone (Instructions), then find a picture, some info, the developer, and post it in the free Cydia app section here at Sinful. SEARCH THE FORUM FIRST.
13: USE THE REPORT BUTTON IF YOU FIND DEAD LINKS, Don't say in the thread its dead as this doesn't help replace it.

Basically there are a wide range of things this sites users can do to help this site and to improve your status or even thanks and post counts.

Quick warning.

Don't spam the site with crap just to increase your status as the ban is not worth it.
Don't try to force people to hit thanks all the time just to increase your count.

Note:
We do welcome new members to the moderation team all the time however please don't ask to join it.
Asking for advice about how to help the site is great and as l8ter said we are watching.

LOL Love the quote, Don't worry L8ter we will always be the heroes of the past as we were the first and best teachers and with the quality of education these days I don't think we will ever be out of jobs.

We moderators have one eye on all events, and it does not go unnoticed if user show a positive behavior.

We always talk behind the scenes about possible candidates, and chances are good

PLEASE NOTE

When you thank someone use the Thanks Button not the word thank you in a post.

We mods and other users dont want our threads being overloaded with thanks, thank you or other variations of this phraze.

1: They only get removed anyway when the boss cleans up the site.

2: We think we have a message and when we check our posts to see what someone wants we get this stupid message "Thank You"

It is appreciated but do others a favour USE THE BUTTON and for those who have difficulty reading USE THE THANKS BUTTON

High all this jail breaking and modding is all new to me and am so happy that I found it I can't wait to get started just a bit gutted I have a 4s with ios 6.1.3 gutted I can't jailbreak it YET quality site well set up and seems like the users are a family type community your all doing a superb job fair play :-£
