Can't update apps, wrong iTunes account associated with them.
i have free apps I purchased but cant' update the apps i get
crackNShare@cracked.by mail account

please help me to fix this.

Im' sorry...im' on 5.1.1 ios, i will update my info soon.
the problem is that every time that i get an app update true the app store on my iphone i get wrong mail account when i press update.
the mail account is crackNShare@cracked.by
i cant' update my free or my purchased apps...just cant'
i log out log in' i did everything didint' help.
i have app sync and instalous 5
is ther a fix for this?

Does it happen if you try to update via iTunes on your PC?
Do you have multiple instances of the same app in iTunes on your PC?
What was the last cracked app you remember installing?

Hi: I have the same issue in my Mac with iTunes and Lion update,
Every time I tried to update an email anygeek@gmail.com appears and I have tried to remove it, I reinstalled the OS and it remains there, is there something I can do to fix this?

Not sure if the obvious is missed...

- If you are trying to update a cracked app, NO IT won't threw itunes/appstore/etc...

- If your free apps you downloaded from your account are not updating, chances are they where free for a limited time and now have a price tag and since you got for free don;t qualify as purchaser...I've run into a few of these

- as for wrong email address, its from the crack or person who purchased it...... same as if you load someone elses apps on your phone with there login password, you need to keep using there login/password for updates or will fail..can't use your own.

- if the email is associated to phone and itunes ( synced ) will need to use its password.....I had a few issues with used iphones and had to get devices unauthorized from original owners account before I could sync/setup with my own, as they have synce with 5 pc's and could not sync anymore.

- try disabling icloud backup of apps, as may have cracked app in icloud and defaulting to force update

hmm.

When you log-out on your iDevice do you log-out in both the iTunes and App Store apps?

Now that you have deleted the rogue app try logging-out of both then signing into iTunes (not the App Store) on your iDevice with your apple-id then trying to update/buy an app from the app store.

Hopefully that works.

its' not working...still getting the wrong email account when im' updating my apps...

Sounds like you may have loaded the apps under a different account.

This is only because of installous, i also had this freaking problem but there is not any solution to fix it, you only can do is delete your own purchased application and install it again.... or download it on mac / pc using itune and install it.......... other than these, forget about solutions. I tried almost 2 months but nothing fixed it, now i realized this was only because of installous... i am sure about it

you also will see problems with your app store like when you will open a link from safari or appzapp and your app store is not open or in background, then app store will not open that specified app, it will show you last opened application and you will have to open that link again...... these problems are just because of installous. New firmware restore will solve this problem, uninstalling installous will not fix any thing
