Help Unable to load (The request timed out.)

I've been waiting for about two days and I have been getting this error every single time I tap on a file to download. I don't have any network problems. I've tried another network and it isn't the problem. I've restored about 5 times and tried redsn0w and Green poison. Both of those don't work when it comes down to Cydia. I've searched if anyone solved their problem, but I can't find any. Can someone help me please? Thank you. Also I'm on my Ipod 4g 5.1.1

Thank you

---------- EDIT ----------

Cydia opens back up again, but my first problem is still going on, it's still getting the Unable to load (The request timed out.). I also tried
1) Try to Install Cydia via iFile and SDM.
3) If your Cydia is blank or all your sources are gone:
~ Manually add a source (SiNfuL iPhone repo)
or/and
~ Go to var/lib/dpkg/updates and delete all the updates in that folder. Reboot.
4) Some of your sources might be bad. To manually remove these, go to ect/apt/source.list.d and edit the Cydia.list with Notepad or any other text editor by removing one source at a time and rebooting.
5) Go to var/lib/apt/lists and delete everything EXCEPT the partial folder.

but none of them worked :/

What repo are you trying to download from? The server could just be down for the time being

Yeah the repo is fine server-side, I just downloaded an app as well with no problems. Try putting it in safe mode, then try to download something from Cydia

If you have SBSettings, activate it and click the "Power" button. Safe Mode should be one of the options.

I don't have it anymore :/ Because I restored my Ipod if that would do the trick, but now I have no apps from Cydia.

I'm guessing no one knows how to solve my problem :/. I have some information on this. I downloaded Pdanet before I got the problem. I got the network to start on that, then I rebooted it so it wouldn't mess up or anything. But then my ipod just started messing up right there. So I waited and it stopped. I uninstalled the app and rebooted again. After that I went back on Cydia and it wouldn't work and then I got here.. So yah. Also I'm on my original wifi.

You are unexperienced right ?

This is normal when you ereased the content of your idevice that the deletion takes some time and afterwards you can't boot up to the iOS .

Now put it in dfu mode and restore it with itunes.

No problem dude , we were all this way back in time and since now no master was born this way he had to learn to gain his status..

Make a test before you jailbreak it ,how the networks behaves try to save a file . Then jailbreak it and see if you are able to download a file.
