Assistance modifying the weather in Black5id3 theme

I've been at this for hours, trying to find where to modify the weather so my local weather shows. The theme is Black5id3, found HERE

I successfully did it in the last theme, Dark5id3, but this time around I can't seem to find the .plist to modify.

I'm not asking to be spoonfed, I love to learn and figure things out, just need a little guidance in the right direction for this one.

Awesome, got it, thank you very much Kennyd!

I saved that to my desktop, changed it to .txt and opened it, modified my weather code and set celcius to false, saved it and changed extension back to .html and overwrote original file, resprung and bingo, its my local weather!!

Thx Kennyd and wa2ruff. This helped me out greatly. I chuckled as I read this post as I felt the frustration.
I'm new to all this. Wondering if any knows how to change the picture in the circle on SN?
