Need help with Gevey Sim Ultra S

i have a iphone 4s i just purchase gevey sim ultra s when i put gevey sim it keeps telling me ver 1.62 it wont give me the license code to unlock with tmobile i have the verizon iphone 4s 5.1.1 baseband 2.0.12 am i doing something wrong or do i have the wrong ultra s sim thanks for ant help i can get?

i believe thAT SIM ONLY works with at&t phones. im not sure if theres any out for verizon iphones. go to iPhone 4 GEVEYâ„¢ Ultra for GSM iPhone 4 by GEVEYâ„¢ for complete info.

I have the same problem.. I have an iPhone 4s CDMA from Verizon on iOS 5.1.1 with the CDMA GEVEY Ultra S.. after i follow the instructions and then put in my sim with the gevey sim i get the accept and decline screen but no license code.. it says "ver 1.62" where the license code is supposed to be
I've followed the instructions 100% and im not exactly new at this.. ive been doing it for a while... pleeeeeaaaaasseee heeeellppp if u can

Did you jailbreak the phone and install furiousmod for iphone 4s cdma from cydia? I just unlocked a friend's iphone 4s verizon and it was a breeze.....

Also where did you get the gevey from? from what I understand there are a lot of knock-offs out there....
