Jailbroken iPhone apps crashing

A lot of apps are crashing on my jailbroken iPhone 4. The app store crashed multiple times before finally working. The mail app freezes when I try to open up messages and I am forced to hit the home button to exit app. It will crash when I go to re-open it.

Other apps will freeze when I press on a button to share something (i.e. share via email).

I uninstalled the cydia dreamboard and apps worked for a while.

The current memory shown in SBSetting is ~188-230MB

What can I do?

Disable each tweak one by one to find the culprit. I'd also do a reboot to insure your ram is cleared.

I've never experienced this. Can you list your tweaks installed? Have you installed any recently when you noticed this happening?

Is there a easy way to make a list?

Also I did installed dreamboard, but have uninstalled it the first time.

I use appinfo to export a list.

Open appinfo hit packages then export.

Use sbsettings More-Mobilesubstrate
Turn everything OFF
Your phone will respring once you exit sbsettings
Test your apps to see if they work as they should
Now go back to sbsettings-more-Mobilesubstrate and turn them on one at a time respringing in between, keep turning turning them on one by one till your problem comes back
When the problem comes back you knw the last tweak you enabled is the culprit

Rember this method of fault finding. That's why it is there in sbsettings

Let us know what the culprit was

I turned everything off in mobilesubstrate, but problem with mail app still there. Memory still at ~200MB

What is zfirewall in mobile substrate?
This crashes eBay Facebook and a few others on all my idevices

Ps thought it was firewall ip but I removed that and the switch/toggle zfirewall remains in mobile substrate

Remove all of your mail add one som of them may not use mobile substrate

If you mean remove all mail accounts I did try that first. I deleted all three and added two of them back (icloud and one gmail account)

Everything is still going on.

Mail still freezes and memory is around 200MB.
