Nintendo DS Emulator on iPad 3

Hey guys,

I wonder if there is a Nintendo Ds Emulator for my iPad 3, because I know there is one for Android devices, but I don't know wether there is one for iOS. If there isn't one, how am I able to install Android files (.apk) on my iPad 3 (Firmware 5.1.1)?

No there is no NDS Emu available for iDevices.
You cant install .apk files on ios, it is like installing an .exe on a mac.

which both are technically possible, and no they cannot compare really.

But on a mac you can run a free opensource compatibility layer, to run windows exe files on the mac. Its called Wine. See WineHQ - Run Windows applications on Linux, BSD, Solaris and Mac OS X

On iOS you can technically install a darvin subsystem which lets you install and run apk files on iOS. No major release for iOS has been done, but as a proof of concept you can check out bluestacks.com and do the same thing on you Mac or Windows machine.

They both produce the same effect, but are fundementally different behind the scenes.
