Help! My cydia is lost everything.

You could try re-installing Cydia with iFile or something.... http://apt.saurik.com/cydia/debs/cyd...honeos-arm.deb

open cydia, tab on "manage", tab on "packages", on the top right corner tab on "simple" to make it "expert", then scroll down to see "mobile substrate" click on it "modify" and "reinstall", before you do this make sure your settings are closed in the background on your device. Hopefully this will work

Sometimes Cydia behaves weird, try rebooting the device.

Sometimes if you havent rebooted in a while could make a huge difference....Same goes with computers....Every couple of days is good....

You should try to Reinstall Cydia or Restore your iDevice.
If that doesn't work,
I don't know what else to do.

Reinstall Cydia = Yes
Restore device = No

As others have said, try reinstalling mobilesubstrate first followed by Cydia.
