Reports of Apple Shutting Down Siri Proxy Server's
A report by ieverythingapple.com stated that it had received an email from apple requesting the shut down of its siri servers.
This could be a start to legal proceedings much like there were with jailbreaking. It is unknown if there have been other reports of apple emailing owners of siri servers, however it does not hurt if the owners of siri proxy servers here on sinful check for emails from apple as well.

As you can maybe tell, I have some sad news.
Today we received a takedown request from Apple's lawyers. We agreed when we started with this, the day that we'd get a request like that, that would be the end of it. So is today.
We will discontinue the development of this project and this service on this website.
I hope that you have enjoyed this free service as much as we did. Creating this was a real challenge and we have all learned a lot from this. I also want to thank everyone who has contributed to this project, everyone who has supported us financial, reported bugs, and of course all the developers who helped us.
Will this service get ever back online?
No, sadly, it won't. But there are lots of other Siri Proxy's out there. Paid and free.

Technically I think they can. It is almost Word for Word copy, I would have to say that that violates some sort of copyright infringement.

i am curious how apple can win a monopoly patent on voice recognition
google use this technology in their translation tools long before siri
so google do have the capability to deal with this...
and i would hope they all work ... "word for word" 
i don't want my words to be changed just to suit some stupid patent

It's time for people that want a fully working Siri to buy a 4S, or even better a 5

Apple are shutting down them by sending out emails but google api servers are safe as it doesn't involve apple and i have spoke to my host and switched to google api

Apple has took down alot of proxies in the last week and is still going and were sorry if we missed you off the list but contact admin@ieverythingapple.com to get yourself added to this growing list of proxies that are now dead, a lot of them are turning to google api servers but there are not many free plugins out there, we have all the plugins we can as we have had the google servers for a while and while these plugins were being developed so we have nearly have all the siri commands and responses.
