you could invest in DiskAid its saved me a whole deal of trouble. With this app you can access your filesystem and actually pull the raw image files, your contacts.db, sms.db, notes.db along with other files to save stuff. If you want to save individual app data that would take longer and is a bit tedious but it will get the job done if you are desperate
