Just release iphone 5 which is i hope like many fans are waiting for.. A fantastic mind blowing iphone 5 and the problem will be solved.. No matter how patent is copied or things are copied, its just up to the buyers... If your product is appealing, it will be appealing...Its like too much drama over patents.. Use those time and focus on ur fans man... seriously.....

Well how i see it is that Apple is putting a stop on a multi billion company that manufactures everything in this world from your washing machines, fridges, computers, laptops, coffee maker and a whole bunch of household products besides smart phones. So i'm quite glad that they can reduce the world's resources and stop manufacturing a copied smart phone and get in focus on their core game.

It will be great to see Samsung coming out with their own appstore and IoS besides being a multimedia coordinator.
