Acid Siri 5.1.1(2) Went Wrong

Hey Kee,

The "freezing and never ending loading" hit these three app : facebook, email & appstore. I suspect it has something to do with the memory allocation and/or free storage. Uninstalling and reinstaling Acid/ Spite didn't solve the problems. Furthermore, re-sync the iP4 with itunes will bring back all the settings from previous facebook app and email.

Really wish the next release of Acid/ Spite will solve this kind of issue.

Nothing is wrong with ac!d for me! must have installed it wrongly.

So he must've pressed "install" wrong? Do you see how ridiculous your statement is? Just cuz nothing is wrong for you doesn't mean the same for everyone else. Is your phone setup exactly like his? Do you have the exact same apps and tweaks as him.

I deleted my FB then re-install solve my problem and i don't have any problem with my mail app work fine here. there is gonna be an issue or conflict with your tweaks or probably acid siri, we really don't know the answer yet.

For u all who are still trying to get it to work it's the server!!! U need to use the three little pigs server and it'll work also if ur Facebook,mail etc are not working just delete the app and reinstall... By the way im using acid siri 5.1.1 [3] not [2]

Well first I was using assistant server from cydia (wich creates a server for you) then I tried three little pigs and same thing is happening with both servers so I doubt it's coming from the server

I tried to disable voice control to put Siri (wich helped) so I guess I screwed up The files while I was fizzing it so the only solution i got in my mind is to restore my iPod to get the files back (cuz they disappeared or something ) so I guess imna try that when I get my computer bak in a couple of days .wish me luck

It all depends on what version you have. If you have 5.1.1(3) just uninstall in Cydia like any other package.

I had Rainst0ne and the same freezing happened to several of my apps, most notably those that have a "favorites" tab. Also search fields randomly froze the apps when I tapped them so I removed Siri but was forced to restore my phone.

Can anyone suggest a solution?

The full path is : //User/Library/Caches
Just delete everything in there (eg. with Ifunbox), it solved the mailproblem for me! Many thanks! I now have a fully functional Siri on my Ipad 3 + working clock etc....
