Redsn0w leftovers after jailbreak?

I did a redsn0w jb on 5.1.1 .it was misbehaving. hence i restored using firmware restore image.

After that i did absinthe jailbreak.

now whenever i try to add any sources in cydia i get POSIX: operation timed out followed by other errrors...

I was working fine in absinthe previously,just wanted to try out redsn0w.....

what went wrong please.....

I repeated restore a few times....no use...

That is usually caused by either a network error on your end or a connection problem on the servers. I doubt the jailbreak is causing that.

but how can all sources behave sameway!!

Can you access the web on your device?

all sources are giving you a posix?

absinthe and redsn0w are fine especially if you used the most updated versions.


posix is usually network error either on your side or server side of the sources.
