RAM on 4S?
What is your RAM right now on your 4S? I think I'm slowing my phone down a lot with all of the "crap" and tweaks I have running. With all apps closed, I'm around 200-245MB. I'm curious what everyone else is at

about 512mb
my device after reboot it about 320mb ^_^

My phone was doin the same , I was so getting sick of it do I did a freshly restore before it was to late . Apple is about to drop ios6 anytime now

I am usually around 320-340MB after freeing up the memory and removing the recent open apps with sbsettings.

At least the iPhone ram is more than the iPod touch. When I had my 4G I only get 80-110 MB of ram. I wonder how much my 2G has. I'm too lazy to look.
