Jailbroken iOS6, installed Installous 5, but cannot install Apps (Invalid IPA)
Just jailbroken iOS6, installed Installous 5, but cannot install Apps (Invalid IPA error)
Anyone else facing the same issue? Apps from Installous...

set 'Download' (Install0us download folder) to permission 777. should work.

Yes have same problem can download no problem when installing the app the phone returns to home screen no error shown and no app intstalled!!!!

Temporary fix for this is to use iTools to install IPA files. Works great I have not had any problems. Keep the Installous and Appsync installed, but you will have to use iTools to install the IPA files. The link for iTools----------> iTools.exe

Thanks for the lead, but even this doesn't work.
ReturnInformation states "ApplicationVerficationFailed" for any IPA which is grabbed from Apptrackr.

U can't install apps after downloading using installous 5 on iOS 6, you have to download a app, use iTools or ifunbox, add it to your desktop or somewhere on your computer and install it on your phone.
appsync 5+ in the repo's does not work. You have to install it manually. You need to get the installous 5 deb folder. You have to ssh in your phone, I use winscp. Search the forum for the deb folder. Once u installed them, appsync should work with cracked apps.

Just tried installing both Installous and AppSync 5+ via .debs. Still does not work. I give up.....

I just jb iOS 6 and installed appsync & installous directly from hac**** repo.
I've used ifunbox to install all ipa files and everything went smoothly.

i have restored my iPhone put a fresh version of the iOs 6, jailbroken it using redsnow and it still doesn't work!
why hasnt anyone been able to fix this yet.. seems to be a major issue.
Any one with any ideas on how to fix this ?

You have to remember there is no app sync for iOS 6 yet. The method ppl are using is from app sync iOS 5 and its not guaranteed to work with iOS 6. This method is something that someone had figured out to work and its not a 100%. Hopefully there will be a appsync soon for iOS 6. Everything now is a waiting game.
