U can try to fix it with redsnow 9.13dev3 wit fix recovery option, and it is working with you cause A5 should be in normal mode i think for restore.

Not at the moment, the next version of redsnow will allow you to restore to 5.1.1, but its not out yet.

hey guys well according to the dev teams blog i should be able to restore to the same firmware but for some reason its not working. look this is what they say on there blog... ive been trying to do it for the past 2 hours and redsn0w gives me errors. im gonna see if i can use my friends mac to get it done.
iPad3, i4S (and iPad2 owners who don’t satisfy #2) will always be able to RE-restore the current 5.x OS that’s already on their device. So if you’re at 5.1.1 when the window closes (and you’ve saved your blobs), you’ll always be able to RE-restore to 5.1.1 again. This makes the 5.1.1 jailbreak a lot less fragile — you don’t have to worry about messing up your install with funky extensions or getting into a boot loop, because you can always RE-restore from 5.1.1 to 5.1.1 again (or from 5.0.1 to 5.0.1 again, etc). But once you fall off the 5.x train by restoring to 6.x, you’ll be stuck there until the next jailbreak.

Im trying to help you but your ignoring my comment above.

Please be aware that RE-restores and iPad2 downgraded devices will always end up with the latest baseband (not the one that came with that firmware). So don’t go near any of this if your unlock depends on the baseband version.
All of these features will be released shortly in a new version of redsn0w. In the meantime please be sure you have your 5.1.1 blobs and stay at 5.1.1. Happy iOS6 day!"

Well ...if it's in a boot loop there is usually about a 10-15 second time frame when the file system is accessible via ssh. You can then go in and disable the PDANet dylib by naming it .bak etc. It should then boot up so you can remove the tweak properly.

I use WinSCP ...so when the signon window pops up and the prompt appears I know the device is communicating. Do you have ssh installed?

I got lucky once by turning it off (by doing a hard reboot but letting go of both buttons exactly when the apple logo appears and then the device turns off). Then, I let it rest for a few hours and did another regular hard reboot and it booted up.

alright ill try that a couple of times...when it hits 4:00pm today its gonna be 48 hours that its in a boot loop. im using another iphone so im not really worried about restoring it anytime soon. this morning it made that little sound like if it was about to boot up but it didn't. i guess i was close! when i leave it connected to the computer i get that little circle that spins more often. like if it was trying to boot up on safe mode.

Just try this
1- do a hard reset but leave it at off
2- press and hold the volume up or down button and then while keeping it pressed turn the phone on
This way mobile substrate is disabled and the phone boots up without any tweaks and u can use cydia to remove the offending tweak and reboot normally
