Yesterday, another poster mentioned that the new non-US "GameTime" app was released in foreign app stores (ie UK etc.). I tried it and YES, the same procedure as last year seems to work again. (1) Use a non-US version of the newly released "GAMETIME" app, (2) an IAP app (ie. IAPCracker/IAPFree), and thirdly, ONLY if you are within the USA or a restricted territory than you also need (3) a location faking app(ie. locationholic etc). Spoof the location, ie. UK etc if need be then purchase the season pass within the app.

i have all that but i clicked the dallas vs berlin game but its just a black screen but the celtics vs turkey game (full replay of the game) worked fine although that wasnt live is it because nba league pass doesnt cover preseason or international preasaon games?

Hi,
it's exactly the same for me. I'm in Germany, which seems to be a blackout area, so I used locationspoofer and set it to London. In the GameTime app (recently updated in the appstore), it shows the League Pass Package as bought.
I can watch the whole Boston-game, but clicking on "Watch" for the ongoing game of Dallas-Berlin, it just shows a black screen and nothing happens (there isn't even any part of the video-controls).
Any idea?
I already tried registering a British game time account over a proxy and logginng in on the ipad, but the video still doesn't show.

Yes, there is a way to do it.
Do you have any JB'n device? If so you can perform the IAP then save (2) folders within the app and then transfer them to your 4S on 6.0 with ifunbox and it will still work. I used to do it with the NHL IAP and with other DLC when my ipad3 was on stock iOS before the 5.1.1 JB was released.
I don't know how you would spoof your location though since VPN won't work. Actually let me try something.....

Can someone post the nba gametime 2013 international app? I don't know why but I could never switch my iTunes to the international one from the USA one but I know how to install an app from ifile and installous. Greatly appreciated!

If the app crashes or you get a black screen, just download the puffin browser and stream the nba games from firstrowsports. thats what i do if it doesnt work

The app keeps crashing. The USA store game time works fine. I'm downloading it from the UK store, putting it in my installous folder and instating it from installous. It just crashes on startup :-/ Help

If the ipa isn't cracked then the app won't open if you install it with Installous.
On your device, you need to be signed in with the UK user account you used to download it with which is why you might as well download the app from the UK AppStore directly on your device or use a cracked version. I will PM you a test.

As seen in my previous post, I'm still having problems with the screen orientation in this updated Game Time app. I thought that would rectify itself, but it hasn't.
Can someone please upload the ipa of the latest version of the UK Game Time app? I know it doesn't seem like it would do anything, but at least it'll put my mind at ease.

*EDIT 2* Tried Sinfool's ipa, but it didn't work. Still having the same issue. I even tried it in safe mode to see if there was a jailbreak tweak preventing the screen from rotating:

I can't log in and there is no option to register for a screen name and password. What do I do? And last year I used NBA.tv and it worked fine, but is NBA.tv gone? I still have the app... Trying to figure out a way to register for a screen name for NBA.tv OR NBA Game Time. Any help is good, thanks!

Holy shit, finally got it. For whatever reason, the location services for the app was off. For whatever reason, the location services was disorienting the screen. Location on, everything works as it should. Thanks to all who offered help.
