Iphone4 5.1.1 can't record video !

I can still take still pictures but when I switch to video and hit the button it just greys everything out and have to close app to get back to still camera.
I noticed this problem after installing cameratweak 0.11
I really don't want to restore so any help would be greatly appreciated !

try uninstalling via cydia after entering safemode. then reinstall mobilesubstrate.

may fix your problem. If you have latest Mobilesubstrate installed then you can enter safe mode by simply rebooting and keepng the volume up button pressed till startup of lockscreen.
