Calm down, I know there is some topics about it, but I have a different question.
I've bought a 4S recently with my friend who bought one too at the same time.
Both came with iOS 6 (sadly), but he can download normally apps from m.91.com (payed ones without paying) .
But with me still says "RETRY" or "DONE".
Why is that happening ?!
