Where are Keyboard Shortcuts Stored?

Just performed a restore with PkgBackup and it successfully restored my keyboard shortcuts, except, the permissions it placed on the file/directory has resulted in me not being able to create new shortcuts; they don't save.

Anyone know where these are stored i the iOS file system?

Found them myself, so if anyone in the future is interested, they are located in the following directory:
