Absinthe 2.0.1 bugs with ipad 3 white icons ?
Ok so i did a fresh install of 5.1.1 on my ipad 3 used absinthe 2.0.1 installed fine but my problem is when i install apps games or cydia app i get white icons all the time i have to use iwipecache to fix.. All so when you try and delete a app it just hangs then it will finally delete is any1 having problems like this? I tryed another fresh install today again and then jailbreak still the same problems.. My iphone 4s works just fine no white icons and apps delete with no freeze.

Hi I have that problem too only sometimes on ipad2 wifi 5.0.1 and 5.1.1 I just RESPRING
But I am sure that there is a tweak to fix that
Scroll " think it's called"fix white icons

I had this exact same issue.
I tried respringing but it did not always correct issues.
I found that if I downloaded something free off cydia it fixed the white icons but eventually it would come back.
I downloaded springtomize2 and it fixed it.
Another bug I have is sometimes it won't let me move icons.
Quick fix is to respring and than I have the ability to move icons to different pages/folders.

i have the same issue plus sometimes when icons turn white i see phone icon replaced with another icon and so others.
this is weard

To fix this problem, simply download iWipe Cache from Cydia, and run the app. According to the app description, iWipe Cache allows you to:
Clear your SpringBoard Cache to ensure all images from any theme will work with WinterBoard. Due to Winterboard being very out of date, It does not clear springboard cache. This app will clear your cache, allowing new masks and overlays to be applied to Icons.
As you can see, iWipe Cache was apparently developed to fix WinterBoard problems, but since it I don’t have WinterBoard installed on my iPhone 4S, I know for sure my blank icons issues aren’t due to this app.
Additionally, it seems that doing a respring temporarily fixes the problem. Respringing hasn’t proven very effective in my case, which is why I recommend the iWipe Cache option, over a simple respring.
If you’ve seen white or missing icons on your iPhone or iPad, try this fix and let me know how it works for you.
And dont forget to thank if I helped you !!!

Iwipe cache does fix the problem but after i install something the white icons come back and i have to use iwipe again.. Must be a bug with Absinthe

White icons on iphone 4s
Hi this is my first post and i hope it helps.
I jailbroke my iphone 4s on 5.1.1 with absinthe 2.0.2 and after installing springboard and then some themes i had white icons the Phone icon and app store. After looking all night for a fix i found this...
start Cydia goto Manage , Settings select Developer then Packages and look for libhide then Modify and Reinstall..
This fixed it for me..

Just re installed libhide on both ipad 3 and iphone 4s now to test it out and see what happens..
