new ipad3 SIM CARD

I bought new ipad3 ,the firmware was 5.0.1 it came could screen lock camer and also i could use my at&t sim card to use my data plane,but what happen i did not
save shsh file, my kids touch the upgards botton ,now I cannot use my iphone
sim card to cellular data for new ipad after upguards 5.11. any body could give me a idea to fix ! thx for all member time !

i did not jb,but i was design to jb after my kids did the mistake !

How the hell could ipad3 come out with 5.0.1 it is impossible all ipad3 came out to the public way after 5.1.0 was introduced and all of them shipped with 5.1.1 you sure it was not ipad2
