Restore

I restored my iPhone from a jailbreak cuz the battery sucked and it's still the same as when it was jail broken. If I restore to factory settings and return to apple would they be able to tell of I had jail broken? (I would download some apps so it doesn't look like I had jail broken)

Or...is there a way to fix this issue??

If you restore to factory settings, then all signs of jailbreak will disappear like magic, and Apple will never know.

Do you happen to know if apple care is a one time use and if I return it and get another I will have to purchase apple care again??

I think your best bet at finding out is to make an appointment at your local Apple store and talk to them about it.
