Icon9 Find My iphone "inactive" Help?

I have the free(ip4) mobile me account, i’ve just tried the find my phone and its not able to find it,it just says "No Devices" in FMI app and me.com, it worked before on my old iphone4 which got swapped and i am now on my replaced ip4, the location services is on, Push is on also. But if i go into fetch>new data>advanced, its got my mobile me as inactive, is anyone having problems as well? Any solution? This is really pissing me off, it says the same if i log in on my 3G 4.2.1

Weird?

Did you remove the following Launch Daemons from this "/System/Library/LaunchDaemons/" directory?

1) com.apple.AOSNotification.plist for locating iPhone
2) com.apple.apsd.plist for Push Notification
3) com.apple.mobile.obliteration.plist to remotely wipe iPhone

I have installed "Find My Iphone" & I cannot get it to work on my iphone 4. I can view my Ipad on the phone & trace where it is but the phone comes up with "No location available" how can it be that I can trace my ipad on the phone but I cannot trace the phone itself. Location service are on & I have logged in to the icloud all ok. Can anyone help. BTW I have done the above with no luck. Thanks in advance

Had the same problem exactly apple couldn't resolve it, resolved after updated to 5.1.1 it even allowed me to send messages and sound to the phones one i4 other i4s. RESTORE might be the simplest option searched the web to no avail hope someone resolves so if i encounter this problem again.Incidently could found my ipad as well.
