Go for safari download manager 2.0.3 it does an excellent job in YouTube too
Only drawback is that u have to load YouTube in safari and open the desktop site not the mobile site

sorry for acting dumb i have downloaded safari download manager and opened youtube in safari and i can see download tab, how do i download from it i cant seem to see add to download.

Open the YouTube site in desktop mode which is at the bottom then tap and hold on the video and then tap on download target
That's it

By the way safari download enabler also does the job
Same method employed and the added benefit of it being a free tweak

its saying flash connection failed, and when i click save target its saving html page and says the same flash connection failed ???

Strange same is happening to me but I did download some YouTube videos using this same method
