Enable FaceTime on iPhone 3GS with FaceIt-3GS
This is just a little heads up to our earlier story about enabling FaceTime on jailbroken iPhone 3GS. The folks over at iPhoneIslam have released FaceIt which can enable FaceTime calling option on iPhone 3GS.
This tweak is available now on Cydia for free. All you have to do is to add "http://apps.iphoneislam.com" as repository in Cydia, and then search for “FaceIt-3GS” to install it. Once installed, reboot your iPhone 3GS and navigate to Settings –> Phone and turn on the toggle for FaceTime.
NOTE: iPhone 3Gs ONLY, running iOS 4.1

Lesson learned on this one. I installed it this morning, i didnt read that it had to be activated in settings, so i didnt think it worked. Well i removed it and during the removal process my phone all but ate it self alive. Im now fininshing up a complete restore. So be forewarned, if you chose to remove this, you could be spending some time restoring. It happened to a couple other people too I have been reading.

I had the same problem, but i did not restore my phone. i just need to re-install faceIt again and everything back to normal.
Does this thing work with Tmobile? I see people say it's working on their 3gs, so i assume they have ATT.
thanks
Please click THANKS if I helped
