My mouth is already watering thinking of the jailbreak coming out within the next two weeks. That would be really really something nice, even if it is the semi-tethered one of the type we have had in 9.3.3

hell no, apple will have 10.1.01 in next 2 weeks lol

i see it as we have a 2 week window for pangu to release a JB and then for apple to patch it.

for now usual rules apply, if your already jailbroken on 9.3.3 or earlier then stay where you are.

an ios10 jailbreak is still NOT 100% confirmed (for release anytime soon either)

but if your already on 10 with iphone7 etc then might as well update as pangu always release with compatibility for latest firmware.

This is not 100% correct as they released a 9.1 jailbreak when 9.2.1 was out 😏

By the way, I have updated my iPhone 5S to 10.1 as I had already lost my jailbreak some weeks back. I have a heartbroken iPad mini 4 on 9.3.3. Ever since I updated the phone to 10.1 I am no longer able to pass files via airdrop from iPhone to iPad. However from iPad to iPhone it works okay. I have tried respringing and rebooting both devices but the iPhone says"error" on every single trial. Any ideas? I have Unsuccessfully tried it with combinations of WiFi and Bluetooth off and o.

Take it out for a round of drinks and give it up a good cheering up. Does it like women? Maybe take it with you to a strip club and get it a lap dance.

Whatever happened will pass and it will feel better soon enough.

Flush your Bluetooth pairings on both devices. Delete all Bluetooth profiles.
If that doesn't work, see if you can find someone with an iDevice and send something via airdrop to their device.

If it works, then you know the issue is not with your phone but with your iPad's jailbreak and an authorization of the airdrop from other devices.

well yeah, 1 special release as they had an exploit saved but generall speaking pangu wont come out saying oh the release is for io10 only. your fault for going to 10.01 etc

after reading twitter feeds theres an exploit in ios10 that allows hackers to get into your phone if you open a malicious jpg or pdf file.

this is also rumoured to be how pangu will inject the jailbreak, by us using a pdf reader and opening the jailbreak pdf

this was patched by apple in 10.1 so people are suggest the best firmware to be on is 10.02 which is still being signed by apple if you need to downgrade from 10.1

everything at this moment is speculation and guess work however but i agree 10.02 or 10.03 is the wisest choice for now

Ha ha ha: heartbroken indeed. Jailbroken is the word, just that the autocorrect decided to play tricks on me leaving me heartbroken with laughter.

Now THAT sure does make sense. Thanks

That kind of sucks since that means you'd have to give up your jailbreak now to get to 10.02 before it stops being signed, then just sit there hoping a jailbreak comes.

Yep, and this is exactly the reason why my iPhone 6 is still on 8.4. I didn't want to upgrade and lose my JB, so when they released the JB, it was too late for me to upgrade to 9.1. And the less said about the rubbish jailbreak released for 9.3.3, the better.

Hopefully they will release a working JB for the iOS still being signed this time around, although I'm really beginning to question if I really even need a JB any longer.

I feel like this feature can be enabled via Jailbreak like for the iPhone 7. Or CameraTweak will have it. Either way, either way. Any apps that do something like this currently?

Iv just downloaded an app for my i6 called Tadaa

You have to manually add the bokeh effect but works just as well as what Iv seen.

Nice for folks who want this but on older devices

Bokeh is a beautiful effect, but its too often abused by new shooters who think every portrait or image subject in the foreground needs to have a blurred background.

Don't go overboard.
