iPad 3 speaker crackle

Hi guys, I got my new iPad on Saturday, I absolutely love it. However today I was using the app catch up tv on Dave and I noticed the speaker was crackling, but doing so weather low volume or full volume, I switched to my iPhone 4s and loaded up the same app and same channel and it was doing the same so I thought it might just be the channel. However I've noticed since that my iPad is slightly crackling on certain songs full volume, and some YouTube videos. What should I do? Obviously I haven't spent this much on an iPad for it to have crackly speakers. I'm really displeased about it atm, so should I wait to see if it gets worse or try to take it back?

usually when the speaker membrane goes you can hear it on all music above a certain level, its strange to only get it on certain songs, id pick a song that crackles and try that one loud on the iphone, if its ok then take them both into to an apple store and ask for an explanation/fix (after removing any evidence of jailbreak obviously)

im no expert so maybe someone else has a better idea.

i got my ipad 3 and the home button didnt work, it was brand new from apple

just took it back and got it exchanged. think thats what you need to do
