restore ATV2 thru SSH
Well my apple tv is flashing a blank screen and has been like this for about 30 mins? Anyone know how to restore the atv2 thru SSH? Since I cannot thru my remote??

Restore or reboot?

Reboot is "killall AppleTV"

Actually that's a respring but you know. Pull the plug if you want to turn it off. If you actually want to restore, plug it into iTunes.

How would I plug or connect to itunes with my apple tv I have no way to access the main menu to restore from on screen?

Use a Mini-B cable to plug it into a computer and restore in iTunes.
